How long are shipping times?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: 

Processing time 

All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–5 days. 

Shipping time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped usually but not only by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 15–30 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. 

As soon as your product ships, you will receive, if available, a tracking number or  notification that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all time.

What is your return policy?

Returns

 

We do not accept returns .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.

We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

To complete your return , we require a receipt of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please, contact us and we will provide you a return address.

Refunds 

When a refund is applicable and your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the next days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Can I get a refund for a sale item?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Can I cancel my order?

We are very sorry but when placed an order it can not be canceled.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there is an issue with your order - if it is the wrong size, color, style or defective - then simply notify us and we will do our best to help you.

Do you offer exchanges?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at yolymunozonline@gmail.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
